This is an example how to remove backup number 45 from localhost su -l backuppc cd /var/lib/backuppc/pc/localhost rm -fR 45 That will delete the backup, then you need to run the /usr/share/backuppc/bin/BackupPC_nightly 0 255 to actually remove the files from the pool.
